Relax. They'll charge an arm and a leg, destroy your appliances, and use some kind of cleaning solution on your pergo floors that leaves a residue that shows footprints. It's done.

I got home today to find a note from the ladies who cleaned today saying they had dropped the grill onto the stove. There is now a HUGE chip in the top of the (nearly new) stove. I am terribly disappointed; this is only our third cleaning with Merry Maids and the second problem we've encountered already.
