They will not help with any issues you have. There is excessive noise, the cops were called multiple times just to get one neighbor in our building to stop partying. They do not fix things, the gutter fell off our building almost a month ago and it is still on the ground. Avoid this place at all costs.
The apartment themselves are fine. They're good enough for a just married young couple like my husband and I. The staff is incredibly friendly. The problem is the other residents. We hear screaming outside all the time. There is garage everywhere. The maintenance people clean up at least once a week but doesn't last long because people are such pigs here. The pool is always getting shut down...
