Merrill Auto Electric is great

I have all my car repairs done at Merrill Auto Electric. They have always been very professional and I have never had a bad experience with them. They have always kept me informed as to any repairs that need to be done and always try to give me the best estimate of what the cost will be. I know that they don't know what the real cost will be until they start working on my car. They always have notified me when they find more trouble and let me know the added cost before they repair.
I would highly recommend Merrill Auto Electric. They are professional, honest and do excellent work.

Merrill Electric is a rare find in today's auto repair industry. I have had bad experiences across the city with both dealers and small shops and Merrill is a breath of fresh air. My son was having starting problems with his Intrigue; he is a college student 1,000 miles away from me, and I helped him find a place to get it fixed. Merrill was extremely responsive and helpful. The problem with the car was very minor, but they found it so quickly they didn't even charge for it. We all know they could have found a way to make the problem seem bigger and charge a lot of money... more
