Pretty sure a email plus follow up with someone who had no idea what my inquiry was about, followed by a chat on their web page, followed by no follow up, and 3 direct calls and messages for a 53k car with perfect credit but willing to pay cash - means they won't be in business for long. My wife is a bankruptcy atty if you need..,

Customer service rating for this dealer is ZERO, I just a bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 in a private sale and needed a little work done, called the dealer twice, asked for service and was put on hold after waiting I was disconnected both times. Then I tried to make a service appointment on line, filled out all my information and waited for the dealer to reply, that request was made on 8/15/16......
