Called yesterday to order my makeup and it arrived in my mailbox today! Sandra provides excellent service in store or by mail. Thank you for the gifts and samples. I've always used Merle Norman and this is the most generous franchise I have used.

My daughter just turned 13 and wanted to get her ears pierced. She wanted a classical ear piercing that was well done. Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio did an excellent job. Great Place!

Neighborhood chat room suggested I go here instead of a volume mall place to have my 13 year old daughters ears pierced! I did! yesterday,quick and easy.....reasonable,no problem and this red headed woman,( i married one of those!),was very helpful and informative! Great place.....for women! LOLThanks for the suggestion!

I have been shopping at this merle norman for over 20 years. I am addicted to their lipstick duo pencils and their mascara. Only cosmetic line i have ever found that has a foundation that matches my skin tone. And Sandy understands customer service. She is fab.And, blissfully, I now share a wall with Sandy since I opened my lingerie store right next door. She is a fabulous neighbor to have.
