Late fee trap. Very exploitative. Almost $500 for an efficiency and $100 tacked on after a week late. Maintenance is fair, but several issues with water has caused water to be shut off for as long as a day or 2. Stuck in a lease that basically keeps me here if i dont notify 2 months before its up. They send the reminder to renew a month late. Ive already paid enough for like 2 or 3 months rent...
