ER is slowest and uncaring I have ever seen. When someone is in for over 5 hours and doctor is just introducing himself. We waited 3 hours for an xray to be read? Poor poor poor.

All three of my sons were born at Mercy Tiffin and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ladies on L&D were amazing! Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. The staff has a great selection of labor tools to use including the tub, birth ball and birth bean bag and encouraged me to try many options during labor. OPTIMA PHYSICAL THERAPY....BEWARE!!!
Will never go here again. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and demeaning. Rude does not even begin to describe it. Run as fast as you can away from this place!!
