Awful. I went for an oil change to the Kildare Farm Rd location in Cary. I went at 8 am sharp to minimize my wait. I opted for the promo oil change which is basically a license for them to drum up something wrong with you car so they can charge you more. Ever heard of the 20 min oil change. This was an hour. They obviously weren't happy about having to work Sunday. At 30 minutes I asked why...

I am a former manager of merchants tire also known as ntb and tirekingdom. Here it is in a nut shell. buy on get one promo's are a scame!! tires are marked up the day before, and with all the add on's you do not come out saving anything!! Merchants has a standard parts mark up of about 300 percent. Those brake pads you are paying 129.99 for, cost them just 44.00 dollars!! You are also going to...
