It's pretty impressive the size of this building. I kind of wish there were more stores inside, but that's OK. The El stop here is easy to get to and right next to an extensive food court.
The Merchandise Mart is deceptively huge. Visitors will enjoy the design of the building; shoppers and design fans can purchase items from several notable firms in town. Want a cookie while you explore? Avoid the pretty generic food court on the 2nd floor and Head to Au Bon Pain downstairs. Their oatmeal raisin are the best.
