The team was exceptionally awesome, they made the purchase of my E350 painless! Even signing the paperwork was not a hassle Don Spillane! Kasey Curran, you made it easy for us, and you walked us through the whole process and taught us about the car! Absolutely disgusted with the service at this dealership. We bought one vehicle and leased one with one week of each other about three months ago. Now we are having issues with the van we just bought and it took them 2 weeks to get an appointment to fix the air conditioning and a door that won't close. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Jacinth is a pleasure to work with, and is open, knowledgeable and honest. I can't believe I am saying this about a car dealership but I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Fairfield and Jacinth Samuels.
