Horrible service. The sales associate literally ignored me when I was standing right in front of him and then answer the phone and walked away from me without ever acknowledging me. The service there was no bad I walked out that went somewhere else

Cynthia took the initiative to call and straighten everything out for me; she was very fair and gave us the promotion that we we had received from the bridal show! She was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of - along with giving me all of her contact info just in case I needed anything else. Thank you, Cynthia!
