I paid for my countertops in april and they never placed order. I called in may to check status, order was placed then. Two of them came in damaged and they did not want to make it right with me. The customer service sucks. Go to lows

I'm sitting on a bucket in the cleaning aisle for 10-15 minutes, waiting for someone to come find the mop system on sale today. They've called for assistance several times. There are only two mops available and of course they've been half ransacked and missing parts. Sheesh!
