Menards is horrible!
I am a contractor and aside from some good prices on select items i try not to go there. Almost everything you order comes in wrong. The staff is usually useless and and unable to answer any kind of technical questions. Menards in Mundelein is the absolute worst home improvement store I have ever been to.
I agree with other reviewers the staff
was very unprofessional,slow,non-helpful and rude all the way up to the manager ordered a door took 1/2 hour to get it once i went to pick it up -no one knew where it was even tho i called before i left to make sure it was there the compnay sent the WRONG door and they tried to charge a 25% refeurbishing when i refused it terrible terrible service like most menards
