Today my grandparents and I went to Menards in Effingham, IL. We wandered into the store and looked around in the tubs/sinks/toilet section for a good thirty minutes and were passed by multiple employees- not ONCE were offered any sort of assistance. My grandpa had to go to the service desk to ask for an employee to help us that someone came to our assistance-yet we still waited ANOTHER 10...

carpet delivery is a joke

ordered carped paid $30 for delivery was told it would be here b4 12pm @ 12:30 called to see where it was lady was rude n said it will be here soon @2:30 still no carpet i am paying 2 installers $25 per hr to stand here and wait for the carpet will never buy anything from here again
