I thought that the nurses aides took excellent care of my mom, but the RN's didn't seem interested in answering my questions and the Director of Nursing couldn't be bothered with me. Even the administrator seemed clueless when I talked to him. Mom came home alive and well, but I just wonder if there isn't a better experience out there somewhere.
