Not exactly the fastest, but definitely quality care

I've been down to the ER many times in the last several years. It's usually a hit and miss with the wait time. Average time to be seen by a Dr. is usually 1 1/2 hours. However, despite the long wait, the quality of care Memorial gives is top notch. I also delivered a baby there last year, and there facility/care was worlds better than Kaiser in the bay area. I would definitely recommend...

No one likes to go

I had to go to the emergency room due to an ovarian cyst. I was very pleased with how thorough they were. I even had to come back the next morning to be re-checked. Most places would have sent me to my regular doctor and I would have had to wait for an open appointment. I highly recommend Memorial Hospital.

Emergency room...long waits

I've been to the ER with one of my kids a couple times. One time, the room had tissues all over the place. There were not enough chairs for the patients. My daughter had a fever of 105.1 and it took us over 3 hours to be seen. She was only 2 years old at the time.

Great Birthing Center

Both of my kids were born at Memorial. One stayed in the ICN for 11 days, which was staffed with some wonderful nurses. My son came within an hour of our arrival and the nurses were wonderful. One was ready to deliver him herself because the doctor hadn't showed up. Very clean, love the new private rooms, if your lucky to get one.
