I ended up here at 8:30 at night after first checking in to another place that was filthy...trash strewn...a place I couldn't sleep. This hotel is beautiful...bed was comfortable...room service great.
However the bathroom was dirty. The grout between the tiles was brown from poor upkeep...same with shower walls and there was mold.
The rooms aren't cheap I expect for...

Stayed at the hotel from 2/25 thru 2/26 for a business meeting. We rented a function room for a small customer meeting. I couldn't have asked for more help with the set up and moving boxes around. The staff was there to take care of our needs with whatever was needed.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant both nights...

We traveled to NY for a Bat Mitzvah and stayed at the hotel. The staff was exceptional and attentive. This is an older hotel and it is starting to show. The bathroom glaze is starting to peel off and shows dirty. They offered to switch our room but the other room had the same problem.
