I have two dogs, 14 years old and 10 years old. Never have I found either dog a nervous-wreck by the time they are through with bathing and grooming . . . which is more than I can say about other "groomers" my oldest has been to [in the way past]. I have been taking my baby to Melody Manor for years now, she's 12 years old and this is the only place that she doesn't come home tramuatized for weeks. They always do well and are always very nice when I call or walk in the door.

My Sheltie loves Miss Kitty so much that all I have to do is say her name and she is jumping around in excitement! Britney is treated like a pampered princess and I think that it truly is the equivalent to a doggy day spa!
