This was to be Christmas gift for my son. The experience was awful . The female owner went to drive the truck to the lift and got in and started YANKING on the gear shift lever. My husband wasn't feeling very comfortable with their work so he decided to park his Jeep so he could watch the work being done on the truck. I brought in a muffler that I purchased separately and ask them to install it and they quoted me a price of $450. When I asked why so high, they dropped the price down to $150.

I gave them the truck at 11 o'clock and told them I would wait, they finished at about 10 minutes after 5.

When I got home and inspected the work I realized they used a smaller size diameter pipe than they were...
