Needed brakes on my car, stopped in 3 other shops besides Meineke and the dealership. Service was timely, price was slig...htly lower than competition, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The help was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, office and garage were clean.

Disappointed...I marked my tires 1-4 to make sure they were rotated. They were not. I wonder how many people this happen...s to. Was my oil even changed? Fluids? How can I trust them? They admitted that it was their mistake and things like that happened. They were gonna rotate the tires, but then got upset at my husband for saying they were shady. Ultimately, Meineke would not rotate my tires.
