Gone once for an oil change after it was recommended to me. Went a second time for major repairs to my suv. Kept me in the loop about costs. Asked for approval on anything that would mean a price-tag. Negotiated fairly the whole time. I'd say they are a solid option for Omaha mechanics.

Absolute worst experience you could have on a standard oil change. Instead changing my oil they drained all of transmission fluid and let me drive away. When calling them to ask if the messed with any other fluids they denied it then called me back to admit what they did. I asked for a refund and they denied …

I went in to see about service and two guys were chatting so I walked into the shop and waited. No one inside. No biggie. First impression; smells like a true backyard mechanics shop. Not a "Meineke" shop but to me, personally, I thought that meant hard working shop and that was awesome! Besides I love cars and the smell of grease. Anyway?
