As someone that is a certified personal trainer, I know what counts as far as selecting a gym....This gym is well taken care of and most importantly you can always get to the equipment you need, when you need it, the staff is friendly and helpful but at the same time non intrusive. I can concentrate on what matters , getting done my work out and at the end of the day, that is what gets you results

I've been a member of other gyms in the past, but this one is definitely my favorite. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rarely do you have to wait to use the equipment. Plenty of cardio machines for the amt of members. Convenient hrs, open 7 days a week as well as most holidays.

A great gym for people of any age, man or woman. Good classes, a fitness knowledgeable staff, and no waiting for equipment makes Peak my choice.
