I was lured by their initial offering of $50 off my first delivery and their automatic option. I could have received much better prices by shopping around myself and when rates were low. They deliver at highest rates and when you sign up for automatic delivery, they will deliver when the rate is the highest and deliver as frequently as possible. The service agreements are too high as well. I paid more for absolutely nothing. I will go with a reputable furnace person and a different oil company for sure. They tried to sell me a security service and their rates were too high. I can get a much better security system myself and pay a fraction of the monthly monitoring fee.
This company is a scam and a cheat. I've been personally scammed by them.
They are dishonest and deceptive. Read other reviews online, not one is positive!
