This company was a great find, we had our home updated and was nervous until we went into Medrano's Tile, Clear Lake office. The sales woman made us feel comfortable and gave us great design advice. We were in need of new floors(wood/slate),granite countertops,and backsplash installaton. Once we made our selections, Medrano's was out that same week to start. The installers were on time and very clean as they worked. Communication with installers/office and Mr. Raymond Medrano were always pleasant. My job was completed in a flash! (NOT like PAST contractors) I hope this helped for all thous out there needing a dependable company for all your home remodeling projects.

I'm afraid I must agree with DTRUTH. I am very disappointed in the service and workmanship from this company. The painter did not remove any of the hardware when he painted thus getting paint on all of the door handles (which were relatively new), the woodwork has big places where there is not much paint; when the quarter round was painted, the new ceramic tile was also painted. All in all, a very poor job. Too many things to name, but the owner of Medrano's reply to us really took the cake. When we pointed out the things, he replied, ""I thought you were a nice guy Mr. ..."" ""We did...
This is a great company. Been in Deer Park since 1997 and in Houston Clear Lake since 1999 - They wouldn't be in Business if they were not a good honest company. They do great work. They may be slightly higher or less but because of the quality of work, its worth it. I highly recommend this company. Very Pleased Individaul...Mary J
