Medrano Express

I hired Medrano Express to deliver home goods to Guatemala back in December 2012, they charged me $400, and took the goods, it's been about seven months now, and the goods were never delivered. I've called them 1,000s of times trying to get an explanation, and they don't ever answer the phone anymore. Envie una caja a Guatemala y llevan 6 meses diciendo lo mismo, que se encuentra en aduana y no hay forma de que salga. Una mercaderi que es retenida en aduana en Guatemala si a los 30 dias no es retirada la aduana cobra $150.00 de multa, estos senores de MEDRANO EXPRESS son unos ladrones no envien cajas con ellos.

Mi esposo y yo enviamos una caja hace casi 6 meses a El Salvador y a�n no llega ... eso es tres veces el tiempo que ellos garantizan entrega... cada vez que llamo a la agencia en Chelsea, MA el personal es bastante grosero y hace cuatro meses me estan diciendo que esta en aduana cada vez me dan nuevas fechas de entrega que obviamente son falsas... ESTA AGENCIA ES UN FRAUDE !!!!! NO LE...

envie un caja y me fallaron en la fecha de entrega ademas de q solo llego la mitad q desilucion y yo q necesitaba seguir enviando bueno la l tencion aqui en los angeles fue horrible muy anti social y irresponsables q lastima pero asi nunca los podria recomendar :(

I send a package on August and is now December and they still haven't shipped were it was supposed to be delivered I believed you pay $350 for a box u will get a good service.. I don't ever deal with them.. Especially when u call they say it's on the way....
