I cook a lot of Middle Eastern type foods and only go to Mediterranean Island for the supplies. They have ground lamb to my specifications on many occasions. They also have a great selection of spices and specialty foods. They have a deli area that has a good selection of olives, cheese and other items. Bread. Thats all I can say. They make this bread fresh daily that will blow your socks off. I cannot remember the name of it, but it comes in a plastic bag with three round loaves for $1.49.
