I had such a pleasant experience at this spa in regards to laser hair removal. i just finished a series of 6 with Elsa the spa's medical aesthetician. My hair is about 95% gone, no burns, fast response and Elsa made me feel so comfortable. There are so many laser hair removal factories in the city and so many horror stories. I have been a loyal client of Dr. gerstman's for about 3 yrs now. i adore her. I have mostly been doing Botox and Retylane. But as time passed, I started noticing these tiny lines aroung my eyes and mouth and my cute little "freckles" were not so cute anymore.(I assume too many years in the sun!).
