Our Founder and Primary Mediator, Karen E. (Croft) Cone, is fully qualified in all four legal areas to mediate in Florida or Georgia and also conducts fraud examination and expert witness services as a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Karen offers FREE no obligation and confidential consultations to parties individually or jointly. You will find Karen to be experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, personable, professional and passionate about mediating.

Karen has been known to travel throughout the State of Florida to mediate and will also mediate by phone when necessary.

The Center is prepared to provide refreshments during mediations, has a nearby designated smoking area, convenient handicap access, adequate parking, wireless internet, and many other amenities.

Karen Cone is an excellent mediator that I all always try to use. Her demeanor and skill has always impressed me, and the great majority of times that she has mediated my cases, we reach a favorable outcome.
