Ed was highly professional and a man of integrity. My house is for sale and potential buyers wanted a mold inspection to see if there was mold in my air ducts due to non-harmful mold in my crawl space. Ed installed a vapor barrier and so far things are much better with our mold problem. Some mold is still visible but it seem to be going dormant. Ed will return in a few months to check on the moisture level and hopefully the mold will be less noticeable.
