Seems like the only 'assistance' they give is doing laundry and cooking 2 meals a day. The only thing they clean is the bathroom and kitchen area. They don't dust ANYTHING, so you can literaly grow a plant on the furniture if you like. They don't communicate well what is going on with the resident to family members. For the cost of what it is to live at this facility, the residents/families are...
