He had no idea what went on in previous appointment with him. I had to remind him. Nasty and condescending.

Poor billing practices. Incorrectly coded procedure so insurance would not pay. Was preventative procedure that he coded incorrectly and refused to correct. Office staff very difficult to work with. Ended up costing almost $5,000 out of pocket for preventative procedure that should be covered by insurance.

Got me in the week after my referral after all local ENTs offered appointments months later. Wonderful office staff. Everyone was EXTREMELY friendly, listened to my concerns, and carefully discussed my options with me. Made me very comfortable about my tonsillectomy. No complications, minimal pain afterwards, and checked in numerous times to see how I was recovering before post-op appointment.

He walked into the room with a warm smile and hand shake and listened to what I said. He was able to diagnose quickly what was wrong and I went to surgery 2 weeks later. I was so scared but he was so kind and gentle in talking me through it all. It went exactly as he said. I am now 2 weeks post op and my post op visit went well. He took as much time as I needed in discussing things through...
