He was 2 hours late, His quote was for $160 to fix the leaking pipe. When he found out that the disposal had to be replaced he did not simply add the price of the disposal to the quote ($150). Instead the total bill came to $565. He actually charged us for travel time at $160/hr, which he never quoted on the phone or in person. He did not get an approval from us for the new estimate. He left no receipt for the new disposal, Ask for a written quote, and refuse to pay anything more!

So when my toilet was leaking three days later I called them to fix that too. Both times the servicemen were professional, neat and friendly. I recently had the rear bumper fixed on my car. The men at Center M1952, on Andresen - Vancouver, WA did an excellent job. I will return to Maaco if needed in the future. I will also recommend Maaco to others needing car repairs. I can't praise them enough, that is how impressed I am at the job they did. \r
