Help us make it rightequipment we were assured of was NOT available. had to drive to another location and taking much time and extra gas. this also caused delays with paper processing on the computer. Took a Very long time and caused stress and anxiety. second time uhaul has not had the equipment we ordered and had to have. probably will avoid uhaul it in the future.
let people know that when you drop off after a certain time, there is only one person there.
went to u-haul store on Cortex (directions were wrong) They told me the county won't let the county won't let them recieve any more equipment so he sent me down the road to drop off the trailer. This is no way to run a business.
my original vehicle broke down and i had to use the uhaul a few more days. i called my 1866 number and spoke to a woman, who seriously needs a course in talking to people over the phone. i was not rude but its like she didnt care about my situation. and she is there to help me! That is her job. I would have to say thats the only bad experience i had
I did not get the name of the woman that helped me, but your records hopefully reflect that info. She was very nice and helpful.
