For nearly 50 years, the residents of this farm grew crops, raised livestock and operated a dairy, cannery and meat-packing plant. In 1962, the huge building was converted to a nursing home. And then in 1990, the local, fun-loving, entrepreneurial McMenamin brothers converted...

It was very historic and had great artistic items.\n\nIt smelled moldy in the upper floors like the roof had leaked and caused the insulation in the attic to become rotten.
The hotel has character and is interesting to explore.\n\nWalls between rooms and hallway are thin and do not block the noise.
The spa is wonderful. The landscaping was incredible. The staff are either finally being treated with respect or they've become more skilled at hiding the fact that they are overworked, underpayed and mistreated by customers and management.\n\nThe alcoholic beverages are overpriced. The bed was so uncomfortable I did not sleep at all! I could feel the springs and the mattress sagged in the...
