My overall experience with this provider was terrible. I was so disappointed! I had heard nothing but good about this facility and found the complete opposite from the minute I arrived. I had a hip replacement and two days later my femur fractured which took me in for another surgery. I felt immediately welcomed. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, but there were times that medications were not delivered in a timely manner causing me much distress..
