Steve offered by far the best price I could find for an inspection on my town house. I only had two issues - he wrote that my water heater was gas, while in actuality it is electric and he thought my roof was covered by HOA, while in fact it is the owner's responsibility. Besides those two slip-ups, his inspection was thorough and accurate. Thanks!

First to respond to my request for an inspector. Polite, professional, explained his role in inspecting the home. Sent within 12 hours after inspection a detailed comprehensive report with photos. I e-mail him with questions and he responded promptly. I have no concens with his service and would recommend based upon his responsiveness, fair price, and professionalism.

I am an engineer by trade and I found Mr McGown to be very through and professional. He also promptly sent me a completed inspection report. I would highly recommend to anyone requiring a home inspection.
