Coffee grounds continue to show up in coffee

I have called the restaurant five times and the district manager three times and I continue to get coffee with this in my coffee. Probably won't be going there again. Beware of McDonald's coffee

Horrible service, waited for 10 minutes in the drive through without being greeted. Food is stale and disgusting. Only terrible managers could create this kind of incompetence.

I don't normally review fast food but this McDonald's was better then any other McDonald's I have been to in a while. The staff was super nice and friendly and food was fast as always but fresh!

I stopped for lunch. It was disturbing when an associate was mopping the floor at noon. The floor was not wet nor needed spill clean up. She mopped the whole dining area and then the entrance and counter area. Then I saw a lady slip...leaving the rest room so I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I wouldn't say reviews on fast food are generally worth the time since service and quality can vary. But I've been here a few times it's always clean and the staff has always been super friendly.
