My Big Mac didn't have cheese. I haven't had one since the 90's. Disappointed to say the least. Burger was dry. Needed ketchup. Did not look like picture. The young lady in drive thru was nice

Wow! What an impression made. Very rude people at the drive through. Absolutely no customer service. This location needs a manager who can train the team to be polite and friendly. Never again...
