With a menu offering an American fare dominated by pasta, seafood and salads, this is a fine dining bar & grille. Expect the average entrée to cost for the most part in the range of $12 to $20, and people usually dress casual, but fashionable.

In Short Upscale and sophisticated, this chain features art deco-inspired trappings such as dark wood, shiny brass and beveled glass. Servers clad in black and white weave through cocktailing couples and businessmen at the bar. The classic American, seasonally inspired seafood menu changes daily; specialties include starters of Dungeness crab cakes and oysters on the half shell, plus... more

The real deal at this seafood chain out of Portland, Oregon, is during happy hour in the bar, where for $1.95 a plate and a two-drink minimum you can feast on great heaps of finger food---chicken wings, oyster shooters, shark bites, even a half-pound hamburger. But then you'd miss a view of the city's Inner Harbor, which comes only with a seat in the dining room or out on the patio. Thirty or... more

The food is excellent. Definitely try their calamari appetizer. Their Maker's Mark mojito is very good too. Everyone I was with loved what they ordered, from the salmon to the crab to the steamed oysters.....even the pork chops. And, right on the Inner Harbor, you can't beat the location.

Pros

+ Ambience and food

I had always wanted to go here but when I got there I was very let down. Plus we had to pay $20 to park at the Pier V parking because there was a concert at Pier 6.

The place look nice for the most part- however, I was very put off because there wine glasses were VERY spotted! When you are against the water background the spots stick out like sore thumb.

It then took forever for our salad... more

I went with a bunch of family members for my grandmother's birthday, and none of us were disappointed. The steaks were cooked to what everyone ordered. The fish is fantastic. The waiter was very knowledgable. We were also seated at a big window with a view of the Harbor, and it was great.

Pros

+ Fish, seafood, service, ambience

Cons

- Parking in a garage for $8 to eat.
