I usually get good service here however, today I received bad service and awful food. I literally walked out and didn't eat my food.

The Spud max was great but the service was HORRIBLE! I waited on hold for 20 minutes to place my order, then had to hang up and call again and sat on hold for another 10 minutes before someone...

So the best way to destroy a good restaurant is to stop training tour staff. Looks like McAlister's has stopped. Not a polite person here. Really odd. Lots of "what u want". Not may I help you....

The food is good but the customer service is terrible! We came at 2pm on a Saturday. While taking our order the lady was yelling over us while we're trying to order greeting every single person that walked in which is ok if she can...
