When I lived at Mckiney Manor it was pretty ok. I had a nice place on the bottom floor. In July of 1999 there was a flood and then the sewer backed up into the courtyard and pool. The pool was never cleaned and it smelled pretty bad. After a while it had green moss growing in it and a dog or cat died in it too. It never got cleaned.
