New boiler installed , unfortunately a pipe was cut off and never capped by Mcallister installers. I was washing floor and something ripped through my jeans and cut me. It was a jagged cut off pipe. called Mcallister and they sent man out to cap it off properly.. Sent the fair guys an email and TJ called my husband back and said he didn't think his company did this. Very happy with the service they performed for me. Main drain was slow and backing up into the basement. That arrived quickly, explained everything clearly and had it fixed in less than an hour. I had my furnace checked for the winter. Really happy talking with Beverly. She scheduled me with a time that worked with my schedule and she called me to let me know the technician was on the way. Jeff gave a thorough check of my furnace and replaced my filters and humidifier pad. I was happy with the price and will definitely call them in the spring when I want my air-conditioning installed.
