I really don't understand the bad reviews. I've been coming to this store for over 20 years and I've only seen the owners in there a hand full of times. The staff has always been very nice and helpful to me. I love the nice selection of Hallmark cards and Blue Mountain cards. And I especially love the wide selection of tchotchke items.

Hallmark here isn't just a card store. lots of interesting ornaments/trinkets/gifts for the holdidays or for all seasons. some .99 cents cards available too.friendly greeting from both employees when i browsed aroundeats: chocolate dipped jelly beans (1.05)-really yummy.notes:-interesting stuff, didn't look at pricing though.(may be pricey).

BAD business practices. They will not accept returns on seasonal items even if item is not used, has receipt and within their return policy. There was no mention or signs stating that this is their practice when item was purchased. Consider any seasonal items purchased a final sale. They are a black eye to the Hallmark brand. I will shop elsewhere.

I signed up to have two ornaments on hold so I can get it when it arrives. I received a call on Monday that the ornaments arrived and I told them I can't make it until Friday. The employee said she'll put it aside until Friday. I called on Friday to check if the ornaments was still there and I was told that the items is …

Extremely rude employees. They all don't smile or look pleasant and are confrontational if you're not smiling at them, particularly the heavy-set African American girl. You can tell she's the type that likes to start fights with anyone. How sad.Go to another Hallmark if you're wanting good customer service because this location has none. You will inconvenience them by asking for assistance.
