A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I've since good a couple of times. A nice, small and cozy change of pace. The staff is always friendly and the food is good; I've had the red beans and rice. Definitely plan on returning again when I'm in BR.

Chicken salad to rave about

If you like the best, this is where you'll find it. We like their tuna salad, chicken salad and for grilling...their rib eye steaks. Some find the chicken salad pricey, but you will definitely agree that it can't be beat.

A fascinating food market and counter restaurant. I would have given it an excellent rating, but for the fact that they did not follow my instructions on food preparation. Afterwards, when I mentioned it, they told me I should have told them and they would have had the cook correct it.

Maxwell's is a great place for a nice lunch and a wonderful place to pick up something special to cook for dinner. Lunch offers a nice variety of sandwiches and salads.
