So after having the worst service in Ohio @ Market Stand inside the Hyatt , I walk across the street to Max and Erma's. Upon walking in, there was no hostess although a hostess stand was in place....

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Food well we will just leave it unsaid you folks need to train your bartender unbelievable
