These guys try, being the only BMW motorcycle repair shop in the entire Albany area. They sometimes over book appointments, and under- deliver on service, but nobody can be expected to be perfect....

Id give you no stars if I could. But thank you for selling my friend who used to drive a CBR 250 and allow him to buy a S 1000RR. And now he is dead. Maybe in the future you will think before you sell a 19 year old a rocket ship. Your dealership should take responsibility. Just because someone has a check in hand, it doesn't mean you sell your most dangerous machine that is way beyond an expert...

I came in for a 4:00 rim job. The kid who worked on my bike had to hurry because he was in high school...at least he looked like it. They were awesome and helped me dress up in my Captain Hook...
