We have stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace several times over the last decade and always enjoy ourselves immensely. The condos are comfortable and nicely furnished. The views over the fish ponds and the ocean are very relaxing. We are already planning a return trip!

We have been to the Big Island five times, and always stay at the Mauna Lani, which we love. Now with two teenagers in tow, a hotel room is not feasible and two rooms is bordering on uneconomical. This visit we stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace condos and it was fabulous. The unit we rented (F302) was large, nicely...

Remarkable views of the ocean and the Royal Fish Ponds

Adjacent to the outstanding Mauna Lani Hotel and the extensive Royal Fishponds, this is an outstanding venue for vacationers who are planning an extended stay. We've spent several weeks here for the third year in a row. The local beaches have good snorkeling and are not crowded.

We have stayed at the Mauna Lani resort area many, many times. We usually stay at The Point which is awesome! But they were full so we decided to try the Mauna Lani Terraces. First the positives...the unit we stayed in (D103) had a great lanai with wonderful views overlooking the coy ponds and out to the ocean. The rooms...

We rented a unit here through an owner, not a rental company. The unit itself is beautiful and very well-appointed, and the owner is very nice. The grounds are lovely, too.
