As a former menswear retailer & lecturer on customer relations I found Mattress Wearhouse to be one of the worst retailers ever encountered. We purchased a Simmons "Fordham" mattress in fall of 2011; within 6 wks it was found to be defective by a 3rd party, "mattress marshall".
