I had problem with the customer care, When you walk in the store, no one will come & help you. Also they won't explain about the product. Beware they will say free parking for customer, if you don't buy the mattress from them, then you will see ticket on your car for parking.

Much better than their competitors. The stores around the Mattress Warehouse had pushy or disinterested salespeople. Mattress Warehouse is my recommendation.

A friend had a problem with a mattress she purchased at another store. Mattress Warehouse exchanged it for her, giving her a new one, even though she didn't purchase from them. She only paid a delivery fee. They said they could return her old one to the factory and receive credit. She recommended them to me.
