I had two experiences with Handyman Matters Jacksonville and both were excellent. The first time they came out, they fixed a leak in the bathroom upstairs that was leaking to my downstairs unit and I wasn't sure what I needed to do. Handyman Matters Jacksonville has done some odd jobs for me over the past year and they're excellent. We needed some simple plumbing jobs done, as well as some caulking and they were quick and efficient.

I had a very good experience with Handyman Matters. I had Steve, who came twice. He was very efficient, very helpful and prompt. The person who answers the phone is really good. The only thing that I was disappointed with was their surcharge of $30, which I didn't know about. Now I know it's what I have to pay. If there wasn't a surcharge I would give them all five stars.
